Water industry

Water is a strategic commodity worldwide. Cost of mining and distribution are rising and have affects to the price. Various measurement principles have been used for the necessary control of water consumption.
For these purposes, ELIS PLZEŇ a. s. uses a production program of electromagnetic flow meters of the FLONET type series and ultrasonic water meters of the FLOMIC type series. ELIS PLZEŇ a. s. test stands for calibration and metrological verification of flow meters are used not only for calibration of newly manufactured ELIS PLZEŇ a .s. flow meters, but also provide services in the field of calibration and metrological verification to users of flow meters of other principles.

We recommend the following products for the Water industry:

FLOMIC FL3005 Direct mounting of ultrasonic transductors in pipes up to DN2000 (80"). It measures and archives the instantaneous flow and volume of the measured liquid. After assembly, a theoretical calibration is performed. 7

FLOMIC FL3085 Flow measurement and archiving data of the instantaneous flow and the volume of conductive and non-conductive liquid in fully flooded large pipes from DN200 up to DN1200 (8" to 48"). It is mainly used in water supply. 6

FLOMIC FL502x, FL504x Operational and invoicing measurement of instantaneous flow, volume and pressure in water supply, water management and other industries, according to the standard EN14154. 4

FLOMIC FL5034F It measures instantaneous flow, volume and pressure. This ultrasonic battery flow meter has been specially developed for inspections of fire hydrants. 8

FLONET FF50xx Flow measurement of conductive liquids in pipes from DN10 up to DN100 (1/2" to 4") mainly in food industry. It uses the RS485/MODBUS RTU communication line.

FLONET FH30xx Flow measurement of conductive liquids in pipes from DN15 up to DN1200 (3/4" to 48") in almost all industries and energy. It uses the RS485/MODBUS RTU communication line. 2

UFP-20 PORTABLE TOKYO KEIKI ultrasonic clamp-on flow meter UFP-20 allows measuring the flow on the pipe DN13 to DN5000 (1/2" to 200") by simply placing the probes on the outside of the pipe. 15

UFW-100 STATIONARY TOKYO KEIKI ultrasonic clamp-on flow meter UFW-100 measures the flow of drinking, industrially polluted or sea water in pipes with dimensions of DN25 to DN600 (1" to 24"). 16

UW-10 STATIONARY TOKYO KEIKI ultrasonic clamp-on flow meter UW-10 is designed to measure the flow of various types of liquids in the water industry and other industries for pipe dimensions from DN25 to DN6000 (1" to 240"). 17
