Principles of protection of personal data

The company ELIS PLZEŇ a. s., Business ID: 252 100 68, (hereinafter referred to as ELIS) declares that all personal data of users and visitors of web site www.elis.cz/en are considered confidential and are processed pursuant to the Law 101/2000 and Regulation 2016/679 Coll. of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016.

Where all personal data are stored?

Personal data of users are centrally stored on secured servers located within the EU territory. Data in no way leave the EU territory nor are stored outside the EU territory. Servers that store personal data are located in a secure data center. After 1 year, all personal data are reviewed by an administrator if there is still a valid legal title for retention of personal data.  

What kind of personal data do we store?

ELIS PLZEŇ a. s. on its web site stores only email addresses of customers, that are completed by the customers themselves in our web site form. Such data and possibly also own text of message are handled as personal data that are subject of conditions of personal data protection. We access such personal data on account of the – Contract fulfilment or negotiation of thereof in accordance with Article 6 (1) of Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council 2016/679.The above mentioned personal data are in no case transmitted to any third party and are used solely for business negotiation aims between related parties.

Rights guaranteed to the visitors of web site www.elis.cz/en in case of completing web site form and supplying personal data:

• Right to object to the data processing
• Submitting application to gain free of charge access to personal data in machine readable form
• Proposal for correction of personal data that are stored about visitors of web site(this point relates only to the visitors that complete the web site form) 
• Deletion of personal data – where expires the valid legal title for retention of personal data or natural person intends to exercise the right to be forgotten
