TOKYO KEIKI ultrasonic flow meters are differ from conventional ultrasonic flowmeters in their installation, which is possible during full operation and during the flow of liquid in the pipeline. The ultrasonic clamp-on flow meters measure conductive and non-conductive liquids and can be used in many applications across various industries.
The features and advantages of the clamp-on ultrasonic flow meters allow their use in a wide range of industrial applications, especially in those in which stopping operation is not possible.
Clamp-on ultrasonic flow meters use a method called Transit-time to measure flow of conductive and non-conductive liquids. The ultrasonic probes are clamped on the outer surface of the pipe, so no intervention in the distribution system is required and no pressure losses occur.

STATIONARY TOKYO KEIKI ultrasonic clamp-on flow meter UFL-30 is designed to measure the flow of various types of liquids in the water industry and other industries for pipe dimensions from DN25 to DN6000 (1" to 240").
PORTABLE TOKYO KEIKI ultrasonic clamp-on flow meter UFP-20 allows measuring the flow on the pipe DN13 to DN5000 (1/2" to 200") by simply placing the probes on the outside of the pipe.
